What is Down Time Report?
Certain GE reports are critical to the caring of patients and must be accessible at all times. In particular, should the GE application be unavailable due to hardware, software or network failures, these reports must still be available to health care personnel at particular stations. Using TIC Software's Down Time Reports, these reports will be distributed to these stations on a periodic basis throughout the day, and will be refreshed at regular intervals.
