TIC's TeleMail is the leading NonStop-based messaging tool that allows users to send files and spooler reports as email messages, PDF documents or ZIP files. It has helped many clients modernize their report delivery process. One of the early users of TeleMail is Al Heredia, a long time experienced NonStop user based in Dallas, TX.

Al Heredia is the Manager of Infrastructure and Managed Services of a leading information technology consulting services organization, and has a lot of experience with the ongoing support and implementation of TeleMail. Mr. Heredia’s group had supported the TeleMail environment for several dozen people at their client site to accomplish two main tasks; to deliver reports to end users via email as previously stated; but TeleMail also functions as a proactive monitoring and alert system.
TeleMail kept Al and his team apprised of any system anomalies in real time – so that they could address and rectify any issues of immediate concern – ensuring better productivity and limiting system down time.
